When you enter Villa Hänsch you will be greeted by an elegant and stylish ambience. The villa's historic architecture has been lovingly restored and combined with modern elements to create a unique atmosphere. The interior is characterized by elegant furniture, warm colors and cozy lighting, which creates an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. Our changing 4 or 5 course menu is accompanied by an exquisite selection of wines from renowned wine regions and champagne.

Our kitchen:

Trained in Swabia by the Wittelsbach specialty innkeepers and master chef Heckenstaller, German nationals later became head chefs at, among other things, the “Dresdner Hof” in Zittau and “Jagdschloss Rothenklempenow” in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Under the strict eye of star chef and master chef Wolter, Deutschländer worked as a sous chef at the “Schloss Krugsdorf” golf resort.

Until 2022, Deutschländer ran the then exclusive restaurant “Am Hangar 10” on Usedom. Since Pentecost 2023 it has been the “Hänsch” villa in Großschönau.
