Where can I get the key to my accommodation?


The keys will be handed over at our reception between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you arrive later, you can contact us so that we can organize the handover of the keys.


When does departure have to take place?


On the day of departure, we would like to ask you to vacate the apartment properly by 11 a.m. All keys must be returned exclusively to us on the day of departure.


When is breakfast served?


With our breakfast you start the day relaxed, tasty and sociable. In the billiard room you will find regional and local products on our buffet until 11 a.m.


How can I use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna?


The outdoor pool is seasonal from June 1st. until 31.09. usable. You can use the sauna and jacuzzi all year round between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.


Are dogs allowed?


Pets are not allowed.


How do I know my booking has been confirmed?


After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information about your booking.

Please be sure to provide your correct email address when booking and check your spam folder.

If you have not received an email, please contact us by phone.


When can I visit the restaurant?


You can visit the restaurant every day with a reservation from 6:00 p.m.


How many guests can you visit the restaurant with?


In normal restaurant operations with a maximum of 10 people.


What is the culinary offering?


Changing 4 or 5 course menus.


What payment options are available?


 Cash, EC card, credit cards, invoice on request
